The BVC Biometrics' Datasets
A store of biometrics' databases have been collected at the Biometrics Vision and Computing laboratory since 2010. We are making these datasets publicly available upon request, with the spirit of promoting the sharing of academic knowledge. These datasets include fingerprint, voice and body images acquired in single and multiple sessions in our Laboratory. We also provide detailed summaries as well as attribution instructions for these data.
However, a formal request and a filled and signed License agreement are both required to access any of the following data: the fingerprint and body data. Hence, while requesting for either of this data a scanned copy of the filled and signed license agreement (provided below) should be attached.
The request and scanned copy of the License agreement should be sent through your institutional email.
On receipt of your request, we shall provide you with the data promptly.

A strong purpose for using the body dataset must be made before it is released, in addition to providing a filled and signed license agreement.
Use of the BVC Body data in an Article

Please note that only specified sample images of the body data, provided by the Research Director of the BVC laboratory, can be shown or displayed in a report or published academic article. No other images of the body data in the BVC body set can be displayed in an academic article. The body samples to be rather used for display are provided in a separate link. The body dataset can only be released when a formal handwritten agreement is sent by email using the institutional email with a clear purpose of request. In other words, the body data license agreement should be filled in hand writing, not typed.

These databases can be used purely for research purposes and cannot be further distributed in part or in whole.
